GX500 is entirely black painted, medium sized case with dimensions of 205 x 476 x 458 mm (W x H x D), build from steel, combined with plastic elements. Regarding motherboard installation this case can fit ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX sizes along with seven expansion slots for multi GPU builds. Antec also included PSU and front dust filters for maintaining the hardware clean and dust-free.
Antec GX500 comes packed with support for up to six fans, three of which are pre-installed in the case. There’s also integrated fan controller with two speed settings, a nice touch from Antec at this price point. Of course, if you decide to get into watercooling, removing the top fans will allow the installation of 240 mm radiator.

Speaking of storage options, the case can fit up to five 3.5″ drives, and one 2.5″, along with supports for two 5.25″ drive bays – completely tool-free. For a case in the budget segment you have plenty of room for a decent sized CPU cooler – up to 158 mm and GPU’s up to 380 mm.
On the I/O panel, located on the top for easy access, there are two USB 3.0 ports and the audio jacks.
