Antec KÜHLER H2O 650 and 1250

Antec has gone one step further in their CPU cooling solutions offering us the two new additions to the H2O product range that are maintenance free and are filled with safe, environmentally friendly, anti-corrosive cooling liquid.

The small one – KÜHLER H2O 650 features an integrated extra large water pump positioned on top of the fan. Radiator dimensions are 159 mm x 120 mm x 27 mm and the fan is 120mm x 25mm – KÜHLER H2O 650 weighs 1.0 kg. The fan is also integrated, has directional blades for optimized airflow through the radiator fins and PWM control. The RPM range of the fan is between 600 and 2400. The copper plate is optimized for thermal conduction and on top of it there is a RGB LED illumination that changes with the temperature of the CPU – this is possible via the firmware that comes with the coolers.

Both the coolers feature easily bending flexible tubing that allows them to be mounted almost in any position in a case or test bench by means of the length of the actual tubing – 300mm. The big brother – KÜHLER H2O 1250 has two 120mm integrated PWM controlled fans and two water pumps installed on top of each of them. They have the same RPM range as KÜHLER H2O 650 – from 600 to 2400 that would provide quiet and efficient operation. KÜHLER H2O 1250 weighs 1.3 kg and has radiator dimensions of 280 mm x 120 mm x 27mm.
