Cooler Master’s booth is filled with nice surprises, interesting new product designs and concepts that will, without any doubt, grab the attention of users. Let’s take a quick look into what is being offered and it’s worth mentioning that the products will be available by the end of the year.

Covering the cases segment first, we begin with the Cosmos series, known for the unique look and long term investment in a case, rather than just a purchase. They’ve won the hearts of many users around the world, mostly for their premium materials, performance and build quality.

The news for Cosmos 25th anniversary edition you can find in DVTests here – Cosmos 25th anniversary edition.  On the other hand we’ve got a fresh new comer in the face of Cosmos C700P, a Cosmos inspired sibling, looking great and packed with features. Aluminum handle bars, curved tempered glass panel  and RGB lights are the main emphasis on this chassis along with elements of MasterConcept – removable motherboard tray that can be flipped or put to the other side of the case, along with the comfortable idea of having to install your hardware on the tray and then put inside. Front panel looks almost like a robot with AI, waiting to be unleashed.

Two mode fan speed control is available here as well as RGB lighting control. I/O panel also has USB 3.1 (Gen 2) Type-C port,4 x USB 3.0 ports. Physical dimension are (WxHxD) 305 x 644 640mm and can fit EATX, ATX, m-ATX, M-ITX motherboards. Total of 8 expansion slots with 2 5.25″ ODD bays, 8 x 3.5″ combo (support 2.5″ bays) bays and 2 dedicated 2.5″ bays. In terms of fan support we have 3 x 140mm (2 are preinstalled) at the front, 3 x 140mm at the top, 1 x 140mm (preinstalled) at the rear  and 2 x 140mm on the bottom (with adjustment to the internal layout via the removable bay). Water cooling is also supported with lots of options:

  • Front: 240mm/280mm/360mm radiator
  • Top: 240mm/280mm/360mm radiator
  • Rear: 140mm/120mm
  • Bottom: 120mm/140mm/240mm (if the internal layout is changed via the removable motherboard tray)

CPU cooler height is limited to 190mm, which is a significant space, GPU card support is between 320mm and 490mm, whereas cable management space is 35-45mm.

Moving on to the next case, presented on Computex 2017 by Cooler Master – MasterCase H500P, HAF (High AirFlow) design inspired chassis. Here we also have tempered glass on the side panel, along with RGB lighting which is great to see. Futuristic look and optimized performance with the help of two 200mm fans will guarantee you amazing experience.

Two part PSU cover will assist with hiding cables and keeping your build nice and tidy.

Cooling-wise H500P supports 4 x 200mm fan (2x Top and 2x Front) and it can also support 360mm radiator both in the Top and Front of the chassis. Backward support of smaller radiators goes all the way back to 120mm. Vertical VGA support is available here as well. Additionally the RGB LED feature is certified by ASUS, MSI and Gigabyte.

Let’s check out the next cases – MasterBox Q-series and Masterbox Lite, brand new design, small in size, but functional and modular.

The squared design and interchangeable parts of the Q Basic, Pro and Gaming versions  you can turn/rotate/flip/twist the chassis in several angels and positions. The I/O panel can be allocated to 6 different locations, depending on your needs. Support for ATX PSU is available, although one could easily be misled by the squared design. As Cooler Master says:

So no matter its purpose, the different flavors in the MasterBox Q-series will serve everybody: from an office-clerk to a night gamer.

Next up in the booth is MasterLiquid Maker 240, Cooler Master’s first liquid cooling kit for CPUs -modular, high performance and low noise solution for enthusiasts and gamers alike. Pure copper CPU block and two MasterFan PRO RGB fans with innovative technology of negative noise, combined with ultra low noise water pump will provide you with lots of silence without compromising on the performance, Cooler Master says.

Pure Copper CPU Block, High-Perf 240 Copper Radiator, Low Noise Pump-Reservoir Combo, MasterFan Pro 120 RGB, Bright Nickel-Plated Compression Fitting, 1 to 3 RGB Splitter, Premium Coolant, Flexible Tubing and Pump-Reservoir Mounting Bracket are the ingredients that will provide you with enhanced cooling experience. Copper fin design and 100% CNC, high quality materials are used for its making. G1/4 fittings are used so you can use and create your own custom loop. Socket compatibility is for both Intel and AMD – Intel® LGA 2066 / 2011-v3 / 2011 / 1151 / 1150 / 1155 / 1156 AMD Socket AM4 / AM3+ / AM3 / AM2+ / AM2 / FM2+ / FM2 / FM1.

The CPU block has physical dimensions of Ø 84 x 18.9 mm and the pump-reservoir combo has dimensions of 76 x 76 x 200 mm combined. Power comes through SATA and 4-pin. The 240mm radiator has 280 x 124 x 29.2 mm physical dimensions, made out of copper with aluminum frame. 2 x MasterFan Pro 120 RGB fans are installed here, each one has 120 x 120 x 25mm frame and fan speed range of 650 ~ 2000 ± 10% RPM. Maximum air flow comes in at 66.7 CFM with 2.34 mmH2O of air pressure. Noise level covers the range of 6 ~ 30 dBA, PWM controlled via a 4-pin fan connector. You also get 100ml of premium coolant (pink) and 500mm of flexible tubing. 1 x 1 to 2 Fan Splitter, 1 x 1 to 3 RGB Splitter and 1 x Pump-Res Mounting Bracket are also part of the accessories pack.

On the other hand we’ve also got Master Liquid PRO 240 and Master Liquid 240, both RGB versions, these are AIO liquid coolers with RGB lighting and maintenance free units.

Another interesting product in the booth was RGB LED Controller combined with Cooler Master software. What this allows is to have full control over the chassis lighting and customize it to a level of your choosing. It has built-in magnets so it’s easily attachable in any metal interior. It support 16.7 million colors preset, lighting patterns and full customization capable Cooler Master software. Small in size – 90mm x 53mm x 14mm and made out of plastic material it’s easily powered through a SATA port and along with that you can expand the existing ports using splitter cables for even more immersive lighting with more RGB fans. Tons of lighting modes – Static , Breathing, Color Cycle, Stars, Customize  , Multilayer, Turn LED off, Mirage (Frequency control). Included accessories are 4 x 450 mm Extension cable and 1 x 600 mm Extension cable.

We’re also delighted to see another couple of interesting CPU coolers from Cooler Master, one of which is a concept. Information on those to follow.
