Gelid Antarctica offers 3D optimized heatsink with overall dimensions of 74 (D) x 140 (W) x 160 (H) and weight of 635 grams including the fan, featuring a copper contact plate, especially designed a set of 5 power U-shaped heat pipes without direct contact with the processor, aluminum fins with improved profiling and an additional smaller heatsink with a copper core. DSCN5147_600_400

All of the parts combined together are designed to deliver exceptional heat transfer from the central processor to the heatsink and maximum TDP of 220W to support processors:

Intel Socket 775, 1155, 1156, 1366, 2011*, 1150 &1151:
CPU: All Pentium D/ Pentium 4/ All Celeron D/ All Pentium Dual-Core/ Extreme/ All Core 2 Extreme/ Core 2 Quad/ Core 2 Duo, Core i5, Core i7

*The socket 2011 mounting clip is not included in the package and needs to be purchased separately.

Socket AM2/ AM2+/ AM3/ AM3+/ FM1 & FM2:
CPU: All Athlon 64 X2, Athlon 64, All Athlon II, All Sempron, Phenom, Phenom II, All A Series AMD APU Llano

The heatsink itself is cooled by a 140 (H) x 140 (W) x 25 (D) fan with 120mm mounting holes made to operate at 450 – 1500+/- 10% revolutions per minute range, providing maximum airflow level of 137 cubic metres per hour, static pressure level of 1.86 mmAq at maximum noise level of 27.8 dBA. The fan is equipped with Hydro Dynamic Bearing, which is PWM powered and regulated via 300mm long entirely sleeved in black mesh cable and is capable to operate up to 50 000 hours. Also the cooler is accompanied by a GC-Extreme thermal compound to boost the overall cooling performance.

The CPU cooler is delivered with 5 years warranty and the official MSRP is USD 41.99 / Euro 37.
