SilentiumPC Armis AR7 Series

SilentiumPC has introduced their latest addition of chassis in the face of ArmisAR7 Series. These are two versions of the same case, that includes lots of features and spacious interior with optimized cooling performance. Armis AR7 and Armis AR7 TG RGB are made from steel and glass (for AR7 TG RGB’s side panel), weighing 8,92 and 9,83 kg respectively. Black paint all across the board is covering the cases, giving them a stylish look.

Physical dimensions are (H) 518mm x (W) 233mm x (D) 508mm for AR7 and (H) 518mm x (W) 243mm x (D) 508mm for AR7 TG RGB. Some of the features include an I/O panel (containing two USB 3.1 GEN 1 (3.0)) that can be repositioned from top to bottom. Especially convenient if you have your case sitting on a desk. Both cases offer High airflow design and 120/140mm fan compatibility. Speaking of which, there are included fans in both cases – three 120mm fans, two of which are mounted at the front and one in the rear, serving as an exhaust. Additional fan mounts are available in the front and top. AR7 series have a fan controller to assist you in adjusting the fan speed. AR7’s fan controller supports up to 8 fans, while AR7 TG RGB has the ability to control up to 8 fans and 8 LED devices.

Water cooling radiators with various sizes can also be installed in both chassis – from 120 mm up to 360mm in the front and top panels. This is really a spacious interior option and performance will be amazing if you equip the case in full with cooling. In addition to that AR7 TG RGB has a lovely tempered glass side panel to show off your hardware. Moreover, a 120 mm Sigma Pro Corona RGB fan with ring-type RGB lighting comes preinstalled to really shine brightly in many colors. Two RGB LED stripes with built-in magnets can be located virtually anywhere in the case to make it look outstanding.

AR7 Series support motherboards with ATX / MicroATX / MITX sizes, 7 expansion slots and 4× 2,5″ drive bays, 2× 2,5 and 3,5″ compatible drive bays and one 1× 3,5″ drive bay. Unusual, both cases offer two 5.25″ optical drive bays. Both cases feature a dual chamber design and improved cable management system with velcro straps. Dust filters keep the hardware clean and dust free. The spacious interior supports CPU coolers with maximum height of 180mm and GPUs up to 420mm of maximum length. Alternatively, the GPU can be vertically mounted.
