Silverstone Redline Series RL07

In the latest press release from Silverstone, we got words of  a new case arriving, the RL07. Regardless of the two latest models being rather similar. The RL07 is a great step forward, for people in favour of futuristic and materialistic designs. However Silverstone did not sacrifice design for functionality, as the case has brought with it a vast array of new features. Albeit this in theory looks good as described. But how does it compare on paper?

First of, the case comes in two models. It comes in a white version and a dark version to satisfy both ends of the spectrum. As far as prices go, the white version  ”RL07W-G” is up for 78,50$ US dollars. While its darker counterpart, the ”RL07B-G”  costs one dollar less? Anyways it cashes in at about 77,50$-for your convenience. Most important to mention is that, they will be available for retail, unfortunately, only in Europe. Starting at the 8th December (this year). Be that as it may let’s move on to the stuff that matters.

Before I conclude id like to give my own opinion from a third person’s view. First of, I actually find this case visually appealing. The front panel design combined with the LEDs make for a very beautiful design. Moreover the internal drive bays are satisfactory enough with their substantial quantity. Additionally, the front I/O is very good, allowing for multiple high bandwidth connections and some low speed connections for high end sound equipment.

Enough about my opinion, what’s yours? I know that if had the money laying around, i would buy it. What about you? Write your opinion in the comments below. Have a good day!
