C1 is designed to be mounted in cases with limited space, thus its physical dimensions are: L144.5 mm x W140 mm x H74 mm (with mounted slim fan) and weighs 628 g (with fan). Cryorig has implemented several patented technologies in C1, enabling it to efficiently cool even high-end CPU’s with TDP of 140 Watts. DirectCompress™ is used to increase the contact area of the copper, nickel plated heatpipes, which are six in total, each with 6mm diameter. As for the fins – they are aluminum and divided in two sections, or as Cryorig says – Jet Fin Acceleration System™ : top fins are 56 in total with 1.8mm gap between them, whereas the bottom fins are 35, with 1.4mm of spacing, forcing the hot air to accelerate, leading to better temperatures. C1’s design enables you to install RAM modules up to 42mm in height, before contacting with the fins, so low ram modules are preferred.
Cryorig’s heatsink is cooled by one, slim 140mm fan – XT140, with dimensions of L140 mm x W140 mm x H13 mm. The fan is PWM controlled and rotates from 700 to 1300 RPM, reaching maximum airflow level of 65 CFM, with low sound level of 24 dBA at 1300 RPM.
