The new cooler is designed using the Phanteks patented P.A.T.S (Physical Antioxidant Thermal Shield) and C.P.S.C (Cold Plasma Spraying Coating) technologies. PH-TC90LS is compatible with Intel LGA 2011/1155/1156 and weighs 273g with the fan.
The cooler is made of nickel plated copper base and heat pipes (three 6mm embedded pipes). The cooling fins are aluminum with patented P.A.T.S. and C.P.S.C technologies. The cooling fan is PH-F90 PWM with rotation speed 1000 – 2500 ± 300 RPM at which generates 11.53 – 28.67 CFM air flow with 0.21 – 1.34mm H2O static pressure.
