Zalman FX 100 measures 156(L) x 156(W) x 157(H)mm, weighs 770g and is compatible with Intel Socket LGA 2011/1366/1155/1156/775 and AMD Socket FM2/FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2. The heatsink is black-pearl nickel plated with hexahedron design for maximum heat dissipation.
The heat transferes from the copper base to the heatsink by four heatpipes plus additional six horizontal heatpipes. FX100 supports processors with TDP up to 130W but for TDP above 95W an optional 92mm fan has to be installed. Inside the cooler’s package along with the mounting parts are included ZM-STG2 thermal grease and fan clips for one 92mm optional fan.
